This policy explains how to cancel an order, return items and get a refund when you buy from M. Kadis Survival Sports Ltd (“we”, “us”) through our websites survivalsports.com.cy, epiviosis.com and survivalbuddies.com. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Cyprus and EU law.

1. Your 14-day right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate, other than the courier) receive the goods. If your order arrives in several deliveries, the 14 days start from the day you receive the last item.

2. How to cancel

To cancel, tell us clearly that you want to cancel before the 14 days run out. Please include your name, order number and the items you are returning. You can contact us by:

You may use the model cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you don’t have to. If you cancel by email, we will confirm receipt by email without undue delay.

3. Sending items back

Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling, to:

You pay the cost of returning the items. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as this is your evidence that the items were sent.

You are responsible for returned items until they reach us. Please pack them securely, ideally in their original packaging. If an item arrives damaged because of poor packing or handling, we may ask you to pay for the loss in value, including where we have already refunded you.

4. Condition of returned items

You may handle items as you would in a shop to check what they are, how they work and whether they suit you. If an item has been used beyond that and has lost value as a result, we may reduce your refund by that amount. Please return items with their original packaging, tags and accessories where possible.

5. Your refund

• We refund the price of the items and the standard delivery cost you originally paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard delivery, we only refund the standard delivery amount.
• We refund you within 14 days of the day you told us you were cancelling. Refunds are normally issued once your return reaches us.
• We refund using the same payment method you used to pay, unless you agree to something else. You will not pay any fees for the refund.
• If you cancel only part of an order, we refund the returned items only. Delivery is refunded only if you return the whole order.

6. Items you cannot return for change of mind

For health and hygiene reasons, the right to cancel does not apply to the following once their seal or protective packaging has been opened after delivery:

• Hygiene and personal-use items supplied sealed, such as hydration bladders, water filters, mouthpieces, whistles, underwear and socks.
• Food, emergency rations and other consumables supplied sealed.

Unopened, sealed items in these categories can be returned as normal. This section does not affect your rights if an item is faulty (see section 7).

7. Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Separately from your right to cancel, all goods come with a legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or, where that is not possible, a price reduction or refund.

• If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, if possible.
• For faulty, damaged or wrong items, we cover the return costs and will tell you how to send the item back.
• Any manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your legal rights.
